2. Digital Products & Delivery

  • Instant Access: Upon confirmation of payment, digital files will be delivered via a download link or email.

  • Final Sale: As per our Refund Policy, all digital sales are final. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the software necessary to use the files (e.g., JPEG/PNG viewers).

3. Intellectual Property & AI Generation

  • Nature of Content: You acknowledge that the artwork sold by Lumina Core Art is generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

  • Ownership: Lumina Core Art retains all ownership and copyright of the original digital files, unless otherwise stated in a specific commercial license agreement.

4. Permitted Use (Licensing)

Unless you have purchased an "Extended Commercial License," your purchase grants you a Personal Use License only.

  • You MAY: Use the art for personal wallpaper, social media profiles (non-monetized), and personal home printing.

  • You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files; upload the art to "Print on Demand" sites (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle); or claim the artwork as your own creation.

5. Accuracy of Information

We endeavor to display the colors and details of our art as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate, nor can we guarantee the results of third-party printing services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lumina Core Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.
