1. Digital Delivery Only
Lumina Core Art exclusively sells digital products. No physical items (such as canvases, frames, or paper prints) will be shipped to your physical address. Because there is no physical shipping, there are no shipping fees applied to any order.
2. Instant Delivery
Your digital art files are delivered instantly.

At Checkout: Once your payment is processed, a download link will be provided on the confirmation page.

Via Email: You will also receive an automated email containing the download links for your purchased artwork. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
3. File Formats & Access
All artwork is delivered in high-resolution digital formats (e.g., .JPG or .PNG). We recommend downloading your files to a desktop or laptop computer, as some mobile devices may struggle to save high-resolution files directly.
4. What to do if you haven't received your files
If you do not see your download email within 10 minutes of purchase, please:
